Makes One Brownie Cup
Is it a cake or is it a brownie? It is BOTH!
This yummy chocolate bite is quick, easy and fail proof!

Ingredients
30ml Oil
30ml Water
2,5ml Vanilla Essence
20ml Cocoa Powder
50ml Sugar (White or brown)
60ml Cake flour
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix all wet ingredients together
Sift Cocoa, sugar and salt, add to wet mix and mix well
Microwave for 60seconds, remove and stir
Microwave for another 30 seconds
Serve with ice-cream, custard or some icing and Enjoy!
