Flapjack Recipe

Makes 15 – 18 Flapjacks
These are quick, easy, and yummy pancakes. They are flexible, too, according to your dietary needs. I have tried many recipes, and this one is simple and fail-proof! Fluffy flapjacks every time.
Ingredients
* 500ml flour
* 2Eggs
* 5 tbsp sugar
* 1 ½ tbsp butter, melted
* 4 tsp baking powder
* 1/3 tsp salt
* 250ml milk
Instructions
1. Beat eggs and gradually add sugar
2. Add half of the milk and the melted butter to the egg mixture
3. Stir well
4. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt and add to egg mixture
5. Slowly stir remaining milk into the mixture to form a smooth mixture
6. Stop mixing when all ingredients are well mixed
7. Pour mixture into a jug for easy pouring
8. Pour spoonful amounts of your mixture into a greased frying pan
9. Turn once top is full of air bubbles (bottom should be golden brown) and bake the other side.
10. Serve with syrup and butter. Enjoy!
