Makes 10-12 Pancakes
This is your go to recipe for sweet and savoury pancakes.
Easy to make, Delicious and Versatile!
Ingredients
100g plain flour
2 large eggs
300ml milk
1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil, plus a little extra for frying
Pinch of salt
Quarter cup sugar
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Instructions
*Combine flour, eggs, milk, oil and salt and whisk to a smooth batter
*Set aside to rest for 30min
*Grease frying pan and pour batter into pan
*Allow to cook golden brown on low heat
*Fip when bottom side is ready
*Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle of each pancake as they come out of the pan, placing pankcakes in a pile on top of one another
*Roll pancakes and serve
